Understanding the Charge Account - Online

The charge account is a vital part of the operation of Galaxy’s Order Entry module. But as important as it is, the charge account is also commonly misunderstood. Understanding the Charge Account online training will give your group sales managers, system administrators, and finance personnel insight into the concepts behind the Order Entry charge account.

In addition to learning the basic concepts of the charge account, trainees will also learn the required and best practice settings for the charge account, as well as how to account for the value assigned to the charge account in your income statement using the Credit Activity report.

In the eGalaxy Newsletter Training, you will learn how to configure eGalaxy to prompt your online customers to join your email list. You will also learn how to gather that information from your SQL database and use it to send emails from Microsoft Word using the Mail Merge functionality.
