Gateway Ticketing Systems’ Advanced Order Entry Training Teaches Efficient Management of Group Reservations, Sales

Gateway’s Advanced Order Entry Training is an in-depth, five-day exploration of the Galaxy Order Entry module. It shows businesses how to effectively manage reservations, advance bookings, and group visits, and provides the tools they need to maximize the benefits of Galaxy Order Entry.

The course also provides instruction on how to configure Order Entry, implement Best Practices, effectively utilize advanced features, create and maintain contact lists, and handle large and small orders.

A recent graduate reported that the class helped give her a better understanding of how to set up customers and how to tailor a sales program that best fits that customer. “I also learned how to set up Order Entry so it can be a useful tool for marketing and analysis. But I think the most important thing I learned was that Order Entry is flexible and can be customized to fit our company’s needs,” she said.
