Gateway Ticketing Systems’ eGalaxy Web Store Training Prepares Customers to Maximize Online and Remote Sales

The eGalaxy Web Store training shows businesses how to expand sales capacity to include multiple sales channels, including front gate box office, telephone sales centers, and online sales. The training teaches a basic understanding of the configurations necessary to get eGalaxy up and running.

The course syllabus includes how to configure Sales Channels, create individualized confirmations and PrintAtHome tickets, publish to your Web Store, and configure and administer eGalaxy Server. Students put their knowledge to work immediately with hands-on exercises.
