Boyertown, PA - (May 2004) Gateway Ticketing Systems, located on 2nd street in Boyertown, announced their most current list of new employees and internal promotions. Recent changes are comprised of five new additions to the Gateway Ticketing Systems family and two promotions. Gateway Ticketing Systems’ staff now numbers 60 employees worldwide. Gateway Ticketing Systems maintains offices in Boyertown PA., Tampa FL., Nashville TN., Calgary Canada and Paris France.

After holding the title of Quality Assurance Analyst at Gateway Ticketing Systems for three years, Amit Trasi was promoted to Project Manager in May of this year. "Trasi's history with the company and his attention to project detail certainly made him an ideal candidate for the promotion," said Nina Bohn, Finance & Human Resource Manager for Gateway Ticketing Systems. Replacing Trasi as Quality Assurance Analyst is Barbara Hotalen, who is new to the company. Barbara joins Gateway Ticketing Systems from Fiserv Lemans where she was also an analyst in the QA department.

Floyd Patterson, previously a Field Technician for the company, was promoted to the Account Representative position in August 2003. Said Michael Andre, President & CEO of Gateway Ticketing Systems, "It became apparent that Patterson's ever-increasing awareness to customer service needs, along with his skill at resolving issues, would make him a perfect fit for Account Representative." Andre continued, "This promotion was a win-win situation for all - for the company, our customers and for Patterson."

Stepping into the Field Technician position made available by Patterson's promotion is newcomer to Gateway Ticketing Systems, Christopher Eickhoff. Eickhoff was previously employed by AT&T Wireless and is a Graduate of Philadelphia's Cittone Institute, with a degree in Network Systems Administration.

Additional new faces at Gateway Ticketing Systems so far this year include Michael Gross, filling a newly created QA Analyst position, along with Raymond Ferretti, who joins the programming team in another newly created position. Gross was previously employed as a Technical Analyst at Triversity, Inc., and Ferretti came from Advertising Specialty Institute where he was a Programmer/Analyst.

The most recent addition to the Gateway Ticketing Systems team, David Oxenford, was hired to the position of Sales Manager in April. Said Michael Turner, Director of Sales for Gateway Ticketing Systems, "Oxenford brings over six years of programming / analyst experience to the company.
