In all, two Galaxy Point of Sale systems were installed with ticketing, credit card processing, Group Sales and Order Entry. “Preparing the database for conversion, as well customizing the Galaxy menus and reports were key areas that made this upgrade successful,” says David Stinson, Gateway Ticketing Account Representative who led the three-day installation.
