Gateway Ticketing Systems also installed a custom interface allowing seamless transactions for City Pass customers. Trasi added, “The City Pass interface gives the cashier the ability to scan city passes right at the ticketing counter and automatically generate a report that is electronically sent to the observatory’s administrative office at the end of each day.”
