Gateway Ticketing Systems Announces Promotions and Team Additions
Boyertown, PA – (March, 2005) Gateway Ticketing Systems has recently announced three promotions and the addition of one new team member. Michael Andre, Gateway Ticketing Systems President and CEO, stated, “It is important to recognize the efforts of team members who have played key roles in Gateway Ticketing Systems’ success.”
Leading off the promotions for 2005 is Jim Osborn. Jim has been promoted from Senior Technical Writer to Lead Technical Writer. Before joining Gateway Ticketing Systems in January 2004, Jim was previously employed by Liquent and is a graduate of Albright College with degrees in both Marketing and English. As Lead Technical Writer, Jim will head the documentation department and continue to devise and implement ideas that allow the department to improve.
Scott Trievel, most recently the Product Manager, Transportation has been promoted to the position of Product Development Manager. Scott will oversee the development of the company's products, providing guidance and leadership throughout the process. Scott will lead the Software Development, Quality Assurance, and Documentation groups in addition to two new groups: Program Management and Product Communications.
Brian MacDonald has been promoted from Project Manager to Lead Project Manager. Brian has demonstrated an ability to balance the needs of the customer while upholding the procedures and policies of the company. Aside from managing Gateway Ticketing Systems’ most complex projects, Brian will be responsible for guiding and growing the project management staff in pursuit of well run projects and satisfied customers.
Michael Andre added, “Gateway Ticketing Systems’ achievements have enabled us to attract highly experienced talent to join our team.” Eli Stovall has recently joined Gateway Ticketing Systems as an Implementation Specialist based out of Florida. Eli has previously worked with Alfa SmartParks, Inc., Ogden Parks Group and most recently at V3 Capital Strategies, LLC. Eli brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Gateway Ticketing Systems.
