Second Quarter Promotions and Team Additions Announced by Gateway Ticketing Systems

Boyertown, PA – (May, 2005) Gateway Ticketing Systems recently announced the promotion of an existing team member along with the addition of two new hires.

Alexis Parker, most recently a Technical Writer/Trainer with Gateway Ticketing Systems, Inc., has been promoted to Product Communications Specialist. Alexis’ degree in Technology Management coupled with her hands-on experience in graphic design and technical writing will be valuable in supporting the development of Gateway Ticketing Systems’ product communications.

Scott Trievel, Product Development Manager for Gateway Ticketing Systems, Inc., stated, “Alexis' promotion to Product Communication Specialist provides Gateway with an integral part of the product development team. Through training, her role will help better inform our customer support teams regarding new features. Working with our marketing department will help get timely Gateway product information to both prospects and customers.” Trievel continued, “Alexis' knowledge of Gateway products, her training and sales experience, and her understanding of the industries Gateway serves made her the right choice for this position.”

The addition of two new team members brings Gateway Ticketing Systems’ employee total to 68 team members worldwide, maintaining offices in Boyertown PA., Jacksonville FL., Orlando FL., Tampa FL., Greensboro NC., Nashville TN., Calgary Canada and Paris France.

Randy Trach will join Gateway Ticketing Systems at their corporate headquarters in Boyertown, PA. Previously a Software Advisory Engineer, Randy will use his past experience to strengthen the engineering department as he takes on the role of Programmer.

Scott Trievel added, “The experience Randy brings from his previous position at Bell and Howell will provide the engineering department with someone who not only can develop and maintain the existing product, but someone who can also help with the design and implementation of new features.”

Eric Hahn will take on the position of Account Representative. Eric’s previous experience as a PC/Network Analyst for Distributed Systems Services will help bolster the resources of Gateway Ticketing Systems’ Customer Service department.

Cheryl Hillen, Customer Service Manager for Gateway Ticketing Systems, Inc., commented, “With the expansion of the Gateway user base this translates to adding personnel to service this expansion.
