Phoenix Zoo Chooses Gateway Ticketing Systems’ Comprehensive Revenue Management and Admission Control Solution
Boyertown, PA – (September, 2005) Gateway Ticketing Systems recently welcomed the Phoenix Zoo to a growing list of new customers to declare Galaxy™ 3 as their revenue management and admission control system.
Howard Bayha, Manager of Information Technology at the Phoenix Zoo, stated, “Our research process was very extensive and included many in-person visits, conference calls and Web demos.” Bayha continued, “Gateway Ticketing Systems demonstrated that its’ comprehensive package, including the ability to interface seamlessly with our fundraising management software, The Raiser's Edge®, would be able to handle all of our needs.”
The Phoenix Zoo’s installation of Galaxy 3 will occur in three phases, initially deploying Galaxy 3 Ticketing Point of Sale and Admission Control. Phases two and three will include enhanced options such as Galaxy 3 Retail and Food Services, eGalaxy Webstore and Galaxy 3 Resource Management.
