We’ve seen recently in industry news that attractions are cancelling their Halloween events or ending their seasons early or drastically cutting/changing their operating hours. So we wanted to have the conversation with attractions about how they are making these difficult decisions.
There’s other considerations as well: what to do with excess staff, what rides or exhibits to keep closed, how to communicate these decisions. And then, how do we best consider everyone who is impacted by these decisions, and how do we address the backlash from guests and staff?
