From the industry's best ticketing system to unified food & beverage and retail operations, Gateway offers world-class solutions to increase revenue.
Gilbertsville, PA (November 10, 2020) – Gateway Ticketing Systems, the world leader in ticketing and guest experience solutions for the attractions industry, will be hosting their final Webinar Wednesday of the year on November 18 at 2:00 PM EST.
Gateway began their Webinar Wednesdays in late March after the United States shut down and has since reached thousands of industry professionals with their weekly, and now bi-weekly webinars designed to help attractions deliver their very best guest experience when closed or reopened, despite coronavirus.
The series, hosted by Randy Josselyn and Matthew Hoenstine, has gained critical acclaim throughout the industry. In September, Gateway was awarded the Golden Ticket Industry Leader: Supplier Award by Amusement Today, in large part due to Randy and Matthew’s tireless efforts with the webinars. Last Month, Randy and Matthew were named to the prestigious blooloop Power 10 Theme Park Influencer List.
“It’s been a challenging but rewarding journey,” says Randy Josselyn, co-host of the series. “When we started these webinars, we never imagined what they would grow to become. But having the opportunity to speak to hundreds of industry professionals every week about how to make it through this crisis has been a real silver lining.”
Matthew Hoenstine, co-host of the series, adds: “We’re planning to wrap up Webinar Wednesdays for 2020 on November 18, but we’re not going away. We’ll take the time over the holiday season to regroup on the trends we’re seeing in the industry, brainstorm the most relevant upcoming topics, reach out to more potential panelists, and make sure the series is ready to thrive in 2021.”
Gateway’s upcoming Webinar Wednesday on November 18 will be the last installment in 2020 and is appropriately titled: 2020 – Then, Now and Hope for the Future.
Randy and Matthew and a panel of past presenters are going to look back on the key lessons they’ve learned since the outbreak. They’re going to assess the current state of the industry. And then they’re going to look forward through a hopeful lens at the developments and trends they see positively impacting 2021 and beyond.
IAAPA is wrapping up their Virtual Education Conference at 2:00 PM EST this same day. So if you’re attending those sessions you can head right to the webinar afterwards.
