We partnered with WhiteWater to amplify discussions around celebrating, elevating, cultivating and empowering women in our organizations across the attractions space and beyond.
During this webinar in honor of International Women’s Day, we pulled together a panel of industry leaders to address the important topics impacting women in the attractions industry today. We talked gender stereotypes and inequity, unconscious bias and how everyone can support and be allies to women in the workplace. Our panelists shared their personal experiences and gave practical recommendations and advice to women and their allies about navigating a path in the world of work and careers.
