In this third episode, he walks you through the newly added ability to add deferred benefits after the fact. For example, if you have a membership with certain terms and entitlements that have already been used, you can defer additional perks or entitlements: the guest just has to go online, to a kiosk or show up at your membership area and have the additional benefits issued.
