In October, we’re hosting Galaxy Discovery Month: a month-long series of sessions designed to give you some of the key presentations we were planning to deliver during UGM 2020. There’s no replacing the in-person learning and networking of our North America User Group Meeting (and we’re not even going to try), but we still wanted to give you Galaxy information that you need as we move into 2021.
Check out the full schedule below and make sure you register to save the times and dates in your calendar. Note: these presentations are in addition to our regularly scheduled #TuesdayTalks and Webinar Wednesdays.
Time: 2:00 – 3:00 PM EST
It’s October 1, and we would have been in Las Vegas today. So join us for a virtual happy hour to catch up, reconnect, and just enjoy the company we won’t get to see this year at North America UGM. Yes, we know Happy Hour probably never happens at 2:00 PM on a work day (11:00 for the West Coast!). But we also know in the new normal night time is now filled with additional family obligations and catching up on the work you didn’t finish during the day due to virtual schooling, so we figured we’d give this time slot a shot.

The Online Member Portal, a solution offered through the eGalaxy Web Store, allows members or passholders to manage most aspects of their account including purchasing and renewing their membership/passes as well as redeeming benefits. Attractions leveraging the Portal can create custom pages with promotional information, downloadable content, and exclusive offers for their loyal guests.
This week we’ll take a tour of the Portal and chat with attractions currently using it.
