North America User Group Meeting

Join us in the Motor City for an unforgettable gathering filled with engaging sessions, hands-on learning, and networking opportunities with fellow industry leaders. We are thrilled to announce that the Detroit Zoo and Cranbrook Educational Community are our host locations.
The Detroit Zoo in Royal Oak is a top destination for wildlife lovers. It features over 2,000 animals from more than 200 species across 125 acres. Highlights include the Arctic Ring of Life and the Polk Penguin Conservation Center. As a pioneering leader in sustainability, the zoo was one of the first in the U.S. to eliminate plastic water bottles, inspiring visitors to support its conservation and animal well-being efforts. Visitors can enjoy a memorable experience connecting with nature and wildlife.
Cranbrook Educational Community in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, is a renowned center for education, art, science, and design. Spanning 319 acres, it’s a hub of learning and creativity, housing a diverse range of institutions, including Cranbrook Schools, the Academy of Art, the Art Museum, the Institute of Science, House and Gardens. Designated a National Historic Landmark with architecture by Albert Kahn and Eliel Saarinen, its campus fosters creativity and innovation in a unique setting.

This year’s European event will have a gorgeous and historic backdrop, a stunning venue, and a packed schedule designed to bring the best of Gateway’s innovations to our European users.
Ironbridge Gorge, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Shropshire, England, is a key symbol of the Industrial Revolution. Home to the world’s first cast-iron bridge, built in 1779, it became a hub for innovation due to its rich natural resources. Today, the gorge features ten museums, including Blists Hill Victorian Town, making it a must-visit for those interested in industrial history.
Southern California User Group Meeting

This event, sponsored by Gateway and organized with input from long-standing customers and users, promises to be an exceptional experience. Set against a breathtaking backdrop, attendees will benefit from two enriching days of networking, learning, and collaboration. Participants can engage with industry peers and Gateway experts in a truly memorable environment.
The Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, California, features over 12,000 animals from 500 different species. Visitors can explore the Pacific Visions wing, which includes interactive exhibits, playful penguins, and touchable stingrays in engaging touch pools. The aquarium also emphasizes education through various programs focused on ocean conservation, aiming to inspire guests of all ages to appreciate and protect our marine ecosystems. It’s a captivating destination for families and anyone interested in marine life.
The User Group Meetings have been a practice for nearly 30 years and are structured to offer attendees an opportunity to participate in discussions actively and network with colleagues and Gateway business partners in a conference and relaxed evening setting throughout the event.
