For many of our attractions, our Food & Beverage operations have become a renewed priority during COVID. In some states, it was possible to continue our F&B service even when our actual gates were closed. In others, having F&B service was the only way to actually open the gates. In all regards, F&B has become a way to increase per-caps when capacity is limited, and it’s been on the forefront of the burgeoning self-service discussions in our industry.
So for this webinar, we talked all things F&B with attractions and food vendor professionals who have figured out that food and beverage service isn’t just an ancillary business function anymore, but core to the success of our operations.
